The kind of flats we look for

We work with flats of 2 or more bedrooms in urban areas of the Canary Islands. They don't need to be renovated or furnished — we take care of getting them ready. What we do need is for the owner to have clear title to the property and the willingness to hand over its management for a minimum of 12 months.
